INTRODUCING XEMIS

  • The XEMIS series are high accuracy gravimetric sorption analyzers operating to 200 bar. Changes in sample mass are measured as a function of applied temperature and pressure to determine isotherms, isobars and sorption kinetics. Designed for operation with a full range of gas and vapor species including corrosives and flammables, the XEMIS series features active pressure regulation from 10-2 mbar: a controllable pressure range covering 7 orders of magnitude.

    The XEMIS series offers reproducible, high resolution, high accuracy measurements even with small sample sizes or small uptakes, and performance unrivalled in a high pressure sorption analyzer.

روش IGA

روش IGA

روش IGA  که مختص کمپانی هایدن ایزوکما می باشد، به طور مستقل در هر مرحله از اندازه گیرهای جذب به روش وزن سنجی اعمال  می شود. در واقع در هرمرحله، دما و فشار به صورت فعال تنظیم شده و تغییرات حاصل در وزن نمونه به صورت پیوسته ثبت می شود.

داده های سینتیک وزن بصورت real time آنالیز شده و روند پیش بینی شده تعادل نمایش داده می شود. معیارهای رسیدن به تعادل جهت تعیین مقادیر قابل قبول برای رفتن به مرحله بعد دما و فشار از قبل تعیین می شود. هرنقطه تعادل روی یک نمودارایزوترم یا  ایزوبار رسم شده و همچنین داده های کاملا خام نیز ثبت می شوند. بنابراین روش IGA، در طول زمان فرآیند امکان انجام آنالیزهای منسجم با دقت اندازه گیری بهینه و سریع را فراهم می آورد.
